    Length of stay:

    Electricity allowance 500 THB per 24 hrs (normally more than enough) included in the price. Excessive or wasteful usage will be billed at cost after your stay.

    Deposit

    A deposit must be paid to confirm the reservation. The amount of this deposit is 25% of the total rental amount. This deposit is due within 7 days of booking to confirm and guarantee your reservation.

    Final payment

    Final and total payment on this invoice must reach us not later than 30 days prior to commencement of the rental period. Please note that failure to make your final payment on time could result in cancellation without refund.

    Cancellation

    We will give full refund for cancellation 3 months prior to the arrival date, less a 25% cancellation fee on the deposits paid. For cancellations fewer than 3 months prior to the arrival date guests may not be entitled to any refund.
