Deposit
A deposit must be paid to confirm the reservation. The amount of this deposit is 25% of the total rental amount. This deposit is due within 7 days of booking to confirm and guarantee your reservation. Failure to make this payment subjects your reservation to cancellation. For holiday periods (Songkran, Christmas and New Year) we require a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount.
Final payment
Final and total payment on this invoice must reach us not later than 30 days prior to commencement of the rental period. For holiday periods (Songkran, Christmas and New Year) we require final payment 60 days prior to commencement of the rental period. Please note that failure to make your final payment on time could result in cancellation without refund.
Cancellation
We will give full refund for cancellation 60 days prior to the arrival date (120 days for Songkran, Christmas and New Year rentals), less a 20% cancellation fee on the deposits paid. For cancellations fewer than 60 days prior to the arrival date (120 days for holidays) guests may not be entitled to any refund.
